EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Can I return my item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from OX-ROAR you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the
state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with
an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security
tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. For more
information on returns, please see the return policy.

What items are not eligible for a return?

Print by demand products, final sale, or clearance.

Where can I get a return label?

RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITH USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

How long does it take to process my return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if
the refund was approved or not with 7 to 14 labor days. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too.

Where do I ship my return to?

We will provide you a return address when you return is accepted.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-7 business days from the time you placed your order for us to process and ship it out.

Order processing times may be a little longer than normal due to COVID-19. We appreciate your patience during this time.

How do I get free shipping?

We have great news for you, all U.S. orders over $80 will receive FREE shipping. Return shipping is at the customers expense.

How much do I have to pay if I don’t qualify for free shipping?

For orders under $80. Will be depend on your location.

How do I track my package after it has shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the USA.

ORDERS

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Modifications and cancelation request need to be done within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping orders can't be canceled or modify.

I placed an order but never received a confirmation email?

If you do not receive an email from OX-ROAR within a few hours of placing your order please check your Spam folder, alternatively the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact our Customer Team via ox.roar.contact@gmail.com

What can I do if I received a defective item?

Before items are shipped out they are carefully inspected. Please make sure to contact us within 5 DAYS to
inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five days of receiving
the item, it will no longer be considered for a replacement. You must include a
photo of the damage/defect and your order number with your email.

Please note that damage caused by improper handling such as
forcing an item on will not be replaced as we can easily spot these types of
damages. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care
or handling, or incorrect sizing.
